New data from REA Group has highlighted the top 100 suburbs expected to thrive next year, selected by a panel of property experts based on factors such as affordability, lifestyle, and ongoing development.
Among the nine key criteria used for selection, family appeal stood out as a major consideration. This includes attributes like spacious homes, perceived safety, proximity to quality schools, and other features that families prioritize when choosing a home.
Of these 100 suburbs, several were specifically chosen for their strong family appeal.
Queensland leads the list, with 10 suburbs recognized for their family-friendly qualities. Notable picks include Calamvale, Fairfield, and Windsor, which offer abundant green spaces, convenient amenities, and excellent transport links—key factors that attract families to suburban living.
